Bardel Entertainment is a Vancouver-based entertainment company involved in the acquisition, development, production and distribution of animated programming. Bardel is owned by Barry Ward and Delna Bhesania, who are a married couple. The word "Bardel" comes from their names, Barry and Delna, combined.[citation needed]
Among their more recent animation projects are the Viva Piñata television series, Chaotic, Edgar & Ellen, and a feature film, Los Campeones. Other Bardel projects include a thirteen-part series based on Silverwing and two DVDs based on Mega Bloks Dragons.
Bardel has more than 300 employees, and 4 buildings in Vancouver.
