Barclays Golden Glove

The Barclays Golden Glove is an award for a goalkeeper in the Barclays Premier League. It is awarded to the goalkeeper who kept the most clean sheets in the season. Petr Cech was awarded this award in the 2004/2005 Barclays Premier League season. Liverpool F.C.'s José Manuel Reina won this award in the 2005/2006 season and also the 2006/2007 season keeping 19 clean sheets. Reina won the award for the third year in a row in the 2007-08 season, with 18 clean sheets.
