Barcis is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Pordenone in the Italian region Friuli-Venezia Giulia, located about 110 km northwest of Trieste and about 25 km north of Pordenone. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 293 and an area of 102.0 km².[1]

Barcis borders the following municipalities: Andreis, Aviano, Chies d'Alpago, Claut, Frisanco, Montereale Valcellina, Tambre.
