Barbara Tarantino

Barbara Tarantino is an American watercolor artist from New England.

She started her education as an art major in 1971 with degrees in education, and taught for many years. In 1997 Tarantino left the teaching field to pursue her artistic interests. She studied watercolor at various New England Art Institutes as well as private instruction with artist Jeanne Carbonetti (author of Tao of Watercolor). In 2001, Barbara co-founded the Walpole Artisans, who have a studio tour every year. She works and resides in Walpole, New Hampshire and Lake George, New York.
