Barangay Lagtang is one of the 22 barangays of Talisay City in the province of Cebu, Philippines.
In August 19, 2004 president Arroyo released P20 million to Talisay City to build a new public market [1] and Lagtang will host the proposed new Public Market which is still under construction to date.
