Baranów Sandomerski Castle was built in Renaissance style in 1591-1606 in Baranów Sandomierski.

It's know as "little Wawel". This castle is class zero monument. It’s is to believe to be work of a famous architect, Santi Gucci, the court artist of king Sigismund II Augustus. This castle was build around 1591 – 1606 for Rafał and Andrzej Leszczyński. Its style comes from Italian renaissance. By the end of 17th century, the next owners was the Lubomirscy family, who decided to change the residency. They hired Dutch architect, and he added columns on the inside of castle courtyard, on which was a gallery of arts by Giovanni Battista (unfortunately all the art were destroyed in two fires in 1848 and 1898).
