Bara District

Bara District, a part of Narayani Zone, is one of the seventy-five districts of Nepal, a landlocked country of South Asia. The district, with Kalaiya as its district headquarters, covers an area of 1,190 km² and has a population (2001) of 559,135. Gamahariya(Dakshin Jhitkaiya) is one of the village of Bara District which is situated near the boarder area of India. There is a Pasah River crossed besides of this village to India.
