The image linked here is claimed to be used under fair use as:
- it is a historically significant screen shot of one of the earliest Chinese films which still exists, The Swordswoman of Huangjiang (1930)
- it is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality);
- the photo is only being used for informational purposes.
- it adds significantly to the article because it is from one of the earliest Chinese and Chinese martial arts films still in existence, and depicts some of the genre's first stars
