[edit] Regarding Literary punk genres

No, sir, may I remind you that this is an encyclopedia? All of the genres currently listed in the article, even if unreferenced, at least have separate articles that describe said genres. If you have any further comment to make on this matter, please do so on the article talk page. If you have a case to make for your edits, and why they should be allowed to stand, that is the place to do it, so that other editors may have their say. Thank you. ---RepublicanJacobiteThe'FortyFive' 23:31, 31 January 2008 (UTC)

I understand. Thanks for the constructive criticism, I am working on it now. --Banime (talk) 15:20, 1 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Weedpunk

Hi. Sorry to have to ask you thing but I've been unable to find any actual mention of Weedpunk on the given references. Would you be good enough to indicate where its mentioned on them. Thanks. - Galloglass 14:08, 1 February 2008 (UTC)

I'm looking for better sources as we speak. Sorry for the inconvenience! Perhaps you can help? --Banime (talk) 15:03, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
Well as you'll have read on the AfD, I've Googled both Weedpunk and Weed Punk and come up with nothing. This rather suggests that there is nothing to come up with. Btw I think you should know that when the closing admin examines the evidence for or against an articles deletion, submissions by IP only addresses are not taken into account. Neither is it a vote with Keep or Delete opinions being tallied. Instead it is very much evidence-driven which needless to say is currently very lacking in this case. - Galloglass 15:22, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
Thanks! But I'm not sure how I can stop people from chiming in? Anyway, perhaps your father or mother has some of the old mags? I just remember seeing them in shops when I was young. Obviously it'll be hard to get the citations we need to verify the literary movement from the internet. --Banime (talk) 15:27, 1 February 2008 (UTC)

The recent vandalism on the Beta Israel article does nothing to advance your case, rather it simply underlines the evidence that this is a non too elaborate hoax. - Galloglass 17:21, 1 February 2008 (UTC)

Uh I do not know who did that and why would I? I bet it is not even from the same IP? Anyway I'm seriously trying to improve an article that definitely needs the help, I haven't done any vandalism you can check. --Banime (talk) 18:04, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
The additional two puppet accounts you've created will have no effect on the outcome I'm afraid to say. For two reasons: 1. They are obvious sock puppets. 2. Neither of the puppet accounts has come up with any proof that there is such a thing as Weedpunk, as indeed neither have you under this account. I'm sure you will carry on with the course you've started but please don't expect us to be taken in by any of this. - Galloglass 19:09, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
Again this is my only account, check IPs or whatever. Why don't you stop having fun with your little crusade against me personally and get back to the issues: this encyclopedia and the verifiability of its articles. --Banime (talk) 19:15, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
