What's with the reference to Giant Candles in the refs? I don't see it on the ACRA list - maybe a PBR variety or trademark rather than a registered cultivar? Hesperian 11:15, 15 March 2007 (UTC)

(Sorry, my mistake cutting and pasting)cheers, Casliber | talk | contribs 01:50, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
Not on the list of registered cultivars.[1] Not in the plant breeders' rights varieties database.[2] Not a registered trademark in Australia.[3] My guess is it is an unprotected trading name for an unregistered form. That's not to say we can't have an article on it, but we shouldn't be calling it a cultivar if is ain't one. Sorry to be a picky bostard (again), Cas. Hesperian 11:22, 15 March 2007 (UTC)
My mistake. After extensive discussion elsewhere over the last few days, it is clear that it is appropriate to call this a cultivar whether registered or not. Carry on. Hesperian 01:47, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
Cool, more to come. I have a few photos too.cheers, Casliber | talk | contribs 01:50, 16 March 2007 (UTC)
