[edit] Closing
How are we going to close the nomination discussion? I have no clue of the procedure. Besides, there are few people actively working on the process. Therefore, I'd like to propose - be bold and skip the nomination process for now. Select them straight. Aditya(talk • contribs) 09:46, 20 July 2007 (UTC)
- I'd say we close the nomination discussion at the end of every month (always 2 month ahead), even if there is only one nomination without any support. An active nomination process would allow new comers to propose images / articles which the active members might have overlooked. It also encourages participation. Who knows some new comer may start with nominating a picture and turn into a regular active editor. Furthermore, this would definitely help when we push for Featured Portal status (I'm planning to do so early next month).-Arman Aziz 10:41, 20 July 2007 (UTC)
