This is an image by an unknown author of the person who died which renders obtaining a free replacement image impossible. No free image was found through the good-faith effort. The image is of sufficiently low resolution to be useless for copying. The copyright owner is impossible to determine, the photo is widely spread on internet and its use on Wikipedia in no way affects anyone's ability to make profit. The image is crucial for the article as it identifies its subject. Therefore, it is asserted that the usage of the picture in the WP article for the informational purposes by the non-profit WMF falls under both the FU exemption of the US copyright law as well as the narrower FU policies of the English Wikipedia
