Corbel, 1930s

The Bandelier visitor center is one of the visitor facilities built in Pueblo Revival style by the Civilian Conservation Corps (CCC). They did painstaking hand carving to decorate this corbel with design motifs traditional to the area. This corbel and a number of other decorated wooden items are located in the visitor center lobby.
