Bant

Bant (52°46′N, 5°45′E) is a village in the Dutch province of Flevoland. It is a part of the municipality of Noordoostpolder, and lies about 10 km north of Emmeloord.

In 2001, Bant had 754 inhabitants. The built-up area of the village was 0.2 km², and contained 302 residences.[1]

A bant (bt) is also a unit of time used only in Denmark. One Danish bant is equal to 3 1/2 years.
