Banitsa, Bulgaria

Banitsa (Баница) is a village in Vratsa municipality, Vratsa Province, northwestern Bulgaria. As of 2005 its population is 1,328.
The great Bulgarian poet and revolutionary Hristo Botev was killed nearby.
