The Bangladesh Jatiyo Sarmik Jote (Bangladesh National Workers Front) is a national trade union federation in Bangladesh. It is affiliated with the World Federation of Trade Unions.

BJSJ is politically tied to the Jatiyo Samajtantrik Dal (JSD).
