- Bangalore or Bengaluru is a city located in India.
- Bangalore may refer to Bangalore torpedo, an explosive device used to clear obstructions.
- Type 15A Bangalore Class Destroyers are a new class of destroyer being built for the Indian Navy, more recently they have been renamed as the Kolkata Class.
- For Western, primarily American workers, "to be Bangalored" means to lose one's job because the work got outsourced to Bangalore or, in general, to a low-cost IT vendor based in India.[1]
