Bang-Bang is the twenty-third episode of the sixth season of the American crime drama CSI: Crime Scene Investigation which is set in Las Vegas, Nevada. It originally aired as episode 140 on May 11, 2006.

[edit] Plot

A man is suspected of murdering his wife and co-workers, and while he's missing CSIs process the scenes and try to find out his whereabouts. The suspect eventually barricades himself and a hostage in a casino hotel room. Detective Jim Brass goes in as a hostage negotiator, putting himself in danger, and is shot twice after the the man's demands go unanswered. SWAT officers burst into the room and riddle the hostage taker with bullets, killing him. The episode concludes with Detective Brass, flat on his back, coughing up blood, apparently dying.
