Banff Trail is a stop on the Northwest Line (Route 201) of the C-Train light rail system in Calgary, Alberta.
The station is located east of the McMahon Stadium (as well as more than 1,000 parking spaces there), Burns Stadium, and the Motel Village district, and north-east of the junction of Crowchild Trail and the Trans-Canada Highway. It also serves the neighbourhods of Banff Trail, Hounsfield Heights, Briar Hill and St. Andrews Heights.
The station was opened in 1987, and registered 2,900 daily boardings in 2005.[1]
In 2008, Banff Trail Station registered 5,600 weekday boardings. [2]
