The Band-tailed Guan (Penelope argyrotis) is a species of bird in the Cracidae family, the chachalacas, guans, and curassows. It is found in Colombia and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montane forests and heavily degraded former forest.
