A large hot air balloon in its transport bag, about half an hour after a dusk landing in an English field (Grittleton, Wiltshire).
This balloon carried 16 passengers and the pilot. The balloon has landed in a corn stubble field. The envelope has been deflated by pressing on it, then rolled up and squashed hard into the bag for storage (ready for the next flight). It will shortly be dragged on to the nearby retrieval vehicle.

Photographed by Adrian Pingstone on 21st September 2005 and placed in the public domain.
