Baltimore City Council's 1st District is a councilmanic district located in southern Baltimore, Maryland.

District 1 includes the neighborhoods of Brewer's Hill, Butchers Hill, Canton, Fells Point, Greektown, Highlandtown, Little Italy, Patterson Park, and Upper Fells Point. The current member of the city council is James B. Kraft.
