Baltazar Kampengauzen

Baron Baltazar Baltazarovich Kampengauzen (Russian: Балтазар Балтазарович Кампенгаузен) (January 5, 1772 - September 11, 1823) was a Russian statesman, politician, and Minister of the Interior from June 28 of 1823 to August 29 of 1823.
