Ballingarry (Irish: Baile an GharraĆ or "Town of the Gardens") is a village in County Limerick in the province of Munster, Republic of Ireland. It lies between Rathkeale and Kilmallock on the R518 road.The picturesque town is quietly becoming a tourist attraction, the highlight of which is the award winning Mustard Seed restaurant situated at Echo Lodge. The town has a long and proud sporting tradition with Hurling and in more recent years Soccer coming to the fore. The local Junior Soccer team won the Desmond League Premier Division in 2003/04 and the year later the Granagh-Ballingarry GAA club won the county Intermediate Hurling Championship to achieve Senior status for the first time since 1910.
