Ballina/Byron Gateway Airport (IATA: BNK, ICAO: YBNA) is a small airport located close to Ballina, New South Wales, Australia.
Ballina Airport is a small regional airport approximately 5km from the town of Ballina which it serves. It also provides access to other the other nearby towns of Byron Bay and Lismore, which are a further 30 minutes drive away. The airport is well used by both both leisure and business passengers as it can save the 10 hour drive from Sydney (most flights are around an hour in length).
An occasional bus service operates both to and from the airport, except on Christmas day.
