Ballabio is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Lecco in the Italian region Lombardy, located about 50 km northeast of Milan and about 6 km north of Lecco. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,627 and an area of 15.0 km².[1]
Ballabio borders the following municipalities: Abbadia Lariana, Cremeno, Lecco, Mandello del Lario, Morterone, Pasturo.
