Baldwin County Board of Education (BCBE) oversees the public schools in Baldwin County, Alabama. The board of education offices are based in Bay Minette, Alabama, United States.

BCBE serves all of Baldwin County, Alabama. It serves both suburban areas and rural areas and, at present, is the only public school system in the county.
