I like to focus on improving university entries by removing peacock words and advertorial content and verifying claims. A large number of universities, and students at those universities, regard themselves as in some way being the world class, premier, finest, etc... I dont believe wikipedia is the place for universities and students to project themselves - thats for their own homepages. Even if someone from the university is adding content, then I assume good faith; but I also argue that each page should be under scrutiny of independent editors.

Some of the classic 'advertorials' I have found include:

Aditya Birla Group

Macquarie University
