Rated Start A basic start, lacking sources, but includes many pictures.

1. Use properly formatted citations, see WP:CITET.
2. Cite at least 25 references for key points in the article. WP:CITE
3. Select only one infobox to reduce clutter. Recommend {{Infobox City}}
4. Find a good skyline picture and include it in the infobox.
5. Remove px sizing and left placement tags from image thumbnails to improve readability.
6. Create a culture section and write about arts and sports in the city.
7. Find GFDL city seal, coat of arms and/or flag images.
