Bakhyt Sarsekbayev (born November 29, 1981) is a Kazakhstani amateur boxer who competed in the welterweight (-69 kg) division at the 2006 Asian Games and won the gold medal.

The southpaw holds two wins over Cuban fellow southpaw and 2005 world champion Erislandi Lara. He won bronze at the 2002 Asian Games.
He won the 2006 World University Boxing Championships, at the Asian Games 2006 he beat Chinese Hanati Silamu.
At the 2007 World Championships he beat Xavier Noël and PanAm champ Pedro Lima but was upset by old foe Silamu. He has qualified for the 2008 Summer Olympics.
