BajeYout

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The magazine BajeYout is a youth-targeted periodical based in the Caribbean country of Barbados. The name of the magazine is a short play on the Barbadian accent and is formulated by the two words "Bajan-Youth". It is further morphed into a shortened accented manner thus becoming "Baje-Yout". The magazine which is a publication of BajeYout' Productions, was founded in May 2003 by Latisha Greaves-Barker.

The main focus of the magazine is to chronologise the most recent events across Barbados, the Caribbean region, or world from a Barbadian youth point-of-view. Some of the main topics covered are music, art, fashion, and entertainment news as well as local celebrity interviews. The magazine is usually published on a monthly basis.
