- Sir Gideon Baillie, 1st Baronet.
- Sir James Baillie, 2nd Baronet. On his death the baronetcy became extinct.

- Created in the Baronetage of the United Kingdom 11 December 1812.
- 2nd patent dated 26 May 1819.
- Sir Ewen Baillie, 1st Baronet.
- On his death the creation of 1812 became extinct, but the creation of 1819 survived - see MacKenzie of Berkeley Square, London.
