Paramount Chief Bai Koblo Pathbana II was a Sierra Leonean paramount chief and politician. He was married to one of the most famous women leader's in the history of Sierra Leone's history, Paramount Chief Madam Ella Koblo Gulama.

He became a cabinet minister in the All People's Congress government led by Siaka Stevens in 1967.[1]

In he married Paramount Chief Madam Ella Koblo Gulama in 1944 and had seven children, two surviving, Obai and Soccoh.[2]
