Bahadur Khel

Bahadur Khel is a village the Kohat District of the North-West Frontier Province of Pakistan. The village is the site of an extensive rock salt quarry. The quarry (one mile long by half a mile broad) produce high quality rock salt suitable for human consumption.
During the period of the British Raj, the facility was under the control of the Northern India Salt Department, a government body of British India. Presently, the facility is managed by the Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation.
