Bagong Liwanag is a 2nd EP and their 11th studio album of the Filipino pop rock band, Rivermaya. It has 5 main tracks, 5 instrumental tracks and 2 audio messages which also included demos of songs from their upcoming album. It has been released under Warner Music Philippines and released on 2007.

- Banda Ng Bayan is the nickname of Rivermaya band.
- Sumigaw has been used as the Studio 23's theme song.
- Sayang is said to be an open letter to the fans of Rivermaya regarding the quitting of Rico Blanco to the band.
- Jayson Fernandez an 18 year old from Manguisoc, Camarines Norte is the winner of the Bagong Liwanag: The search for the next brother of Rivermaya,which aired on Studio 23(philippines) just this year.
