BAE Systems Electronics & Integrated Solutions (E&IS) is a major operating group of BAE Systems Inc., the North American subsidiary of UK-based BAE Systems.
BAE Systems E&IS was formed in June 2005 by the merger of BAE Systems Information & Electronic Warfare Systems (IEWS) and BAE Systems Information & Electronic Systems Integration (IESI).
