BAE Systems Customer Solutions of Arlington, Virginia[1][2] is a division of BAE Systems Inc., the North American subsidiary of BAE Systems plc. The division was formed in 2005 in a reorganisation which saw BAE businesses in the United States placed into three operating groups; Customer Solutions, BAE Systems Land and Armaments and BAE Systems Electronics & Integrated Solutions.

BAE Systems Information Technology (BAE-IT) was formed by merging BAE Systems Enterprise Systems, Inc. (BAE Systems ESI) and DigitalNet Holdings, Inc. BAE completed its purchase of DigitalNet on October 25 2004 for $600 million.
The company provides network services and "information assurance solutions" and lists its major customers as the national intelligence agencies and the Departments of State, Justice, Treasury, Homeland Security, and Defense.

BAE Systems Ship Repair is a major non-nuclear ship repair business in the United States, formerly known as United States Marine Repair. In June 2005 BAE completed its acquisition of United Defense, USMR's parent company. The company's primary customer is the United States Navy, other customers include other branches of the US military and commercial cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean.

[edit] Systems Engineering Solutions
Systems Engineering Solutions provides system engineering, test and evaluation, integrated logistics support, acquisition and production, and program support. Major contracts include support of the US Navy's Aegis combat system and "prime systems integration" for the US and Royal Navy submarine fleet ballistic missile systems.
[edit] Integrated Technical Solutions
BAE's Integrated Technical Solutions business unit manufactures and supports C4I systems for military, government and commercial operators.
The unit also provides specialised communication systems such as those required by Special Operations Forces. It also provides support for U.S. Navy and Marine Corps air traffic control and identification systems. The company provides test range operations support to various U.S. military installations.

Ordnance Solutions provides consultation services to U.S. Government departments and is a major participant in missile defence projects. The company also owns the management contract for the Holston Army Ammunition Plant, a government owned munitions plant.
