[edit] Hello

I have observed your very good contributions in making several Life on Mars episode pages, when you do this would it be too much trouble if you could put the projects banner on the talk page? Police,Mad,Jack (talk · contribs)\color{Red} \oplus 17:54, 17 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:LoM episode 2 6.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:LoM episode 2 6.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BJBot (talk) 05:17, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] LoM Episode Articles

I think they are up to par and very good, I like to think that people in this Project are above deletion tagging of articles as I would rather everyone put ideas in to help. But still its very good. Well done your a credit to the project! Happy Editing! Police,Mad,Jack (talk · contribs) 20:37, 23 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Disputed fair use rationales

Just a heads up that Image:Chris Skelton.jpg, Image:Annie Cartwright.jpg‎, Image:Ray carling.jpg and Image:Sam tyler.jpg are all up for deletion, as they are BBC website screenshots rather than (as would be required for fair use) press-kit images issued for reuse by the media. --McGeddon (talk) 12:14, 29 February 2008 (UTC)

Project news
  • Still no change in the volume of good articles in the project; Come on, we can do it!
  • Many revert wars have occurred. Please keep an eye on DC Chris Skelton for pathetic arbitrary word vandalism and John Simm for potential edit wars.
  • A new section has been posted to the project page for potential sources for articles, and another for image tips.
To do
  • Major sourcing, image adding and other housekeeping tasks.
  • Everything Ashes to Ashes should be worked on.

[edit] AfD nomination of The Footie

I have nominated The Footie, an article you created, for deletion. I do not feel that this article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and have explained why at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/The Footie. Your opinions on the matter are welcome at that same discussion page; also, you are welcome to edit the article to address these concerns. Thank you for your time.
