"Population (2002) 31,000" (in first paragraph) contradicts the number given in the infobox (clem 11:51, 17 Apr 2005 (UTC))

I'm going to go ahead and change the first paragraph and the infobox to read 25,207. I found the information on the official website [1]. -Maaya まあや 17:06, 5 March 2006 (UTC)
