  • No, it is not. Morse House was the old HK HQ from 1954 till 1991, when the new Hong Kong Scout Centre was opened. In 1994, Morse House was returned to HK goverment. And a big part of the HK Scout Centre is the B P International (spelling sic). I could have linked from Baden-Powell House directly to the HK Scout Centre, as it is mentioned there, but it being an international hotel, I thought the BPI warrants its own wikipage.
