[edit] Merge with Originalism

This seems to me to be a POV fork, so I'm suggesting a merge. Originalism is a fairly long article, so it may be that what is really needed is some careful editing to note this concept in that article and then leave this somewhat in place. I'm not sure, though. [edit] Clarify please

This article needs to be made more clear and easier to understand. Also it is not clearhow prominent or notible this 'bad originalism' view is. Otherwise it should just be a 'criticism' section within the Originalism article. m.e. (talk) 15:16, 9 June 2008 (UTC)
