Badra is a fictional character in DC Comics who fought Wonder Woman.
[edit] Fictional character biography
Badra was daughter of Wickeda, the queen of the distant planet of Hator. When the planet destroyed itself in a violent war, Badra alone fled to Earth, where (like Superman) she discovered she had superpowers.
Stylish and wicked, Badra quickly formed a criminal gang, which came to the attention of military intelligence and Wonder Woman.
After locating Badra and her gang, Wonder Woman was surprised to discover that Badra was no run-of-the-mill thief but was, instead, a superpowered mastermind. Wonder Woman escaped execution then captured Badra.
Badra came to during the flight to Transformation Island and attempted to escape. She was overcome during the ensuing aerial battle when she fired her stinging ray gun at Wonder Woman, who accidentally deflected the blast back at Badra.
Badra was left on the Amazons' Transformation Island reformatory in the care of Mala.
Badra has not been seen post-Crisis.
