Badenoch & Clark is a recruitment consultancy headquartered in London. It operates in the UK and mainland Europe. It was established in 1980 and is part of the US-based Fortune 1000 company MPS Group.

B&C mainly place people in offices for temporary work in accounting, finance, IT, HR, marketing, legal and public sector. They also do permanent placing. In 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 B&C has appeared in the Sunday Times "100 Best Companies to Work For" list.
