Badener Sprint-Cup

The Badener Sprint-Cup is a Group 3 flat horse race in Germany for three-year-old and above thoroughbreds. It is run over a distance of 1,400 metres (approximately 7 furlongs) at Iffezheim Racecourse, Baden-Baden in October.

It was first run in 1985 at Munich as the Grosser Sprint-Preis, with a distance of 1,300 metres. On transferring to Baden-Baden in 2004, the race adopted its present title and was increased to 1,400 metres. Originally classed as a Listed race, it was promoted to Group 3 status in 1998.
