The Bad Cat is a tube amplifier company out of Corona, California, USA. They are primarily known for their class A designs in various models. Many lines were co-designed by Mark Sampson who has since made his own company, Star Amplifiers.

All lines are hand wired (point to point), hand wound and mostly class A though the Panther is class AB.
[edit] Hot Cat
A 2 channel amplifier that comes with EL-84 tubes in the 15 watt version[4] or EL-34 in the 30 or 100 watt version. Has two independent inputs one for each channel, therefore a ABY switch would be needed for quick channel switching. the 30R and 100R both have reverb and a tone control on the clean channel which is not found on the other models.
