Hello,

A recent survey by Ajaxian (http://ajaxian.com/archives/2007-ajax-tools-usage-survey-results) shows the top-10 most popular Ajax solutions. Backbase is listed in this top 10. We think its fair to have a factual Backbase page at Wikipedia to explain what Backbase is and what the Backbase Ajax Framework included.

Its not our intent to spam or advertise. We just want a factual representation of the Backbase technology. Please advice us where you think the content of the Backbase page needs to be modified.

First off, I am glasd that you are not just trying to advertise - Wikipedia sees enough people trying to sneak their ads in. I would suggest that you have a look at the Featured article list, specifically on computing. These articles are all considered to be ideal articles for Wikipedia, and are to a very high standard.

Once you've had a look through those, have another look at your article. To be brutally honest, it is reading a bit like an advert at the moment. If you can edit the article so the tone looks less like an advert, and more like an encyclopedia advert, the article will almost certainly stay.

One thing has caught my notice from your post above - the use of the word "we" instead of "I". Can I just check that there is just one of you using this username? Wikipedia has a policy about not having multiple users for one username. Also, can you confirm whether or not you are involved with the company that makes this technology? If you are, there is a risk of conflict of interest. If there is, then please read the policy on that.

I did have a look at the featured article list (computing) and took that as a template to improve the text. Please let me know if the adjustments are what you would expect. Thnx in advance.
