[edit] Internation Broadcasting section

Just added this section, along with the "expandsection" tag. If anybody can add to the section it would be appreciated, see the tag on the article for details. 60.242.214.221 (talk) 00:34, 4 February 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Filming

Does anybody know where this show is/was being filmed at? Mwv2 12:01, 2 July 2007 (UTC)

I'm not sure but, i'm guessing the studio's in Burbank, don't take my word for it though.Jamie jca 21:40, 13 August 2007 (UTC)

  • I found out and added it to the production section, with a reference. Jamie jca 22:58, 2 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Article title?

Is there a reason this shouldn't be moved to Back to You? —Preceding unsigned comment added by TheHYPO (talkcontribs) 03:02, 20 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Character Bios

Is it worth tackling a section for character bios this early on in the shows run? Jamie jca 23:10, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Critical Reaction

You said there were mixed reviews. Show some bad reviews! not just good ones. The article sounds like an ad for the show.Wikijjc 23:43, 21 September 2007 (UTC)

Yes, this section needs to show some negative reviews. Also, the Ratings section uses rec.arts.tv as a source, but USENET is not a reliable source. --Pixelface 12:27, 22 September 2007 (UTC)
I've edited it so it's 3 posative 3 negetive reviews Jamie jca 16:43, 22 September 2007 (UTC)

I agree. I also think it should be easy to find some because the show sucks. What a bad return choice for such big celebrities like Patricia Heaton and Kelsey Grammar. Last weeks episode was about a fish?! a fish?! come on people, it should be easy to find some critical reviews?! Masta P 06:33, 5 October 2007 (UTC)

You are so right. The show completely sucks. The pilot showed promise but now it's just a sad reminder of how good Frasier is compared to this crap. We should surely be able to find some more reviews to this effect? Cancellation before Christmas is likely. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 90.205.20.120 (talk) 22:18, 20 October 2007 (UTC)
Eventhough it's been picked up for the traditional back 9 episodes + an extra 2? Jamie jca 21:58, 29 October 2007 (UTC)

that doesn't necessarily mean it's a good show. Definitely should be able to find some criticisms on the show EverybodyHatesChris 07:44, 2 November 2007 (UTC)

Your opinions on this show hold no value whatsoever in regards to its article on wikipedia. You want to bag it, go write a review on IMDB or rant on a blog or something. Keep the subject matter relevant please. And for the record (I know I'm going off-topic, get over it), I enjoy this show, its my favourite new comedy of the year and definitely a step-up from the blandness of Frasier and the predictability of Raymond. But moreover, its not relevant to discuss any of this here. Go debate on a forum or something.

Oh, and EverybodyHatesChris, your comment is irrelevant as well. Jamie's comment was in response to the person who said it would get cancelled before Christmas. Hey, guess what? Three months down the line, its still going strong. I can see this show lasting another 6 or 7 seasons, or even going beyond, or it'll definitely outlast Til Death anyway. Oh, and its funny, which is more than I can say for other comedies on television. Its good entertainment, but you don't have to like it, and again I'll say its not relevant to discuss your opinions of the show on here.—Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.177.95.117 (talk) 19:36, 9 March 2008 (UTC)

I was the person who said cancellation before Christmas was likely. And you know what? I retract my comment. The show actually turned out to be a decent half-hour. Both leads have found a way to differentiate themselves from their hugely popular previous characters. I'm thinking that the page needs to reflect the positive turnaround this show has had. It's evident in the ratings section, but some more recent reviews might prove useful -- however, I'm having trouble finding any. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.135.52.181 (talk) 23:08, 12 April 2008 (UTC)

Having watched this show in Australia, the opening theme and credits are extremely similar to BBC's Hustle - has this not been noted by any critical source in the USA? Roaringmouse (talk) 09:25, 19 March 2008 (UTC)

    • Yeah, but only really on fan blogs which can't be used as sources. -- Jamie jca (talk) 22:10, 17 April 2008 (UTC)

Well, this is annoying. The show has been axed. Australia really took a liking to it, it got 1 million viewers a week which is quite good for a sitcom over here and outrated other popular sitcoms like Rules of Engagement, 2.5 Men and all the NBC comedies. Oh well. It definitely wasn't on par with HIMYM or The Office, but it was still enjoyable television. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.222.178.211 (talk) 22:33, 10 May 2008 (UTC)
