Created in the Baronetage of England 9 November 1660.
  1. Sir William Backhouse, 1st Baronet (c. 1641 - August 22, 1669) - The son of Nicholas Backhouse and Christian Williams. He married Flower Backhouse on November 23, 1662 in St. Andrew's Church, Holborn, London, England. He died on August 22, 1669 and was buried at Swallowfield, Berkshire, England. He died without an issue thus his baronetcy became extinct. He held the office of Sheriff of Berkshire from 1664 to 1665.[1]
