Back to the S__t! is a 1989 album by R&B singer Millie Jackson.

It is most notable for its cover, which features Jackson sitting on a toilet with a pair of panties down to her ankles, with an anguished expression on her face. It has been marked as one of the worst album covers ever by numerous people, including The Guardian.[1]

In addition to songs, there are also some spoken word tracks on the album.

It is occasionally listed under its uncensored name, Back to the Shit.
