From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Back Where You Started was a single released by Soul Legend Tina Turner. The track was written by Bryan Adams and Jim Vallance and produced by Adams and Bob Clearmountain, making it the second collaboration between Adams and Turner after their 1985 hit duet "It's Only Love". "Back Where You Started" was included on Turner's 1986 album Break Every Rule, and although the track was never released as a single in Europe it was a big hit on the US Rock Charts and in fact won her a Grammy Award for Best Rock Vocal Performance, Female in 1987.
